THERAPY

We offer individual treatment for adults, children and adolescents. We also offer family therapy, which includes traditional couples therapy and therapy with non-traditional/alternative family units.

Our Group Therapy and Tools for Living programs are designed to complement individual work.

Therapy can help you address challenges.

It can also help you uncover and rewrite narratives and beliefs that are no longer serving you.

As a result of therapy, we see many of our clients experience greater fulfillment in their lives–a new sense of calm, increased enjoyment in life, deeper connections to friends and loved ones, and often a new acceptance of self.

Who do we work with?

At Compassionate Living Now our therapists draw upon a variety of therapeutic methods, uniquely tailored to meet your needs. We treat and provide support for a broad range of mental health concerns including:

  • Anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders
  • Trauma, including trauma associated with race, gender, and social discrimination
  • Issues related to gender and/or sexuality
  • Difficulties in relationships, work and personal fulfillment
  • Grief, loss, and transition
  • Challenges in coping with chronic illness
  • Desire for deeper engagement in creative endeavors
  • Perinatal and postpartum mental health

We welcome the opportunity to join you on your unique journey toward health and well-being.

"Therapy is the opportunity to be present with our suffering, while being open to the possibility of transformation."
