FAQ's

Seeking help can be difficult.

At Compassionate Living Now, we want your first steps to be as easy and as welcoming as possible.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please call us at 812-269-6966 or contact us by email using the following form:

*Please note that this form is for contact purposes only. Please do not include any medically sensitive information on this form.

What will my first appointment be like?

Initial appointments are 60 minutes in length. Your therapist will gather information regarding your current concerns, as well as your health and personal history. Typically at the end of this session, your therapist will give you some thoughts as to what treatment might look like, how treatment will proceed, and, most importantly, check with you on whether you feel comfortable going forward. Therapeutic work relies on the relationship between patient and provider, and we take this seriously at Compassionate Living Now.

What will therapy cost?

Self-pay fees range from $120-$150 for initial evaluations, and $90-$120 for follow-up sessions.

We accept the following insurance plans: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, IU Health, and CareSource. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, efforts will be made to determine your level of coverage. This is not a guarantee of coverage, however, and you are ultimately responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance. We bill your insurance directly and you are responsible for any co-pays at the time of service.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, credit, debit and HSA cards are all accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

We want you to get the treatment you need, and we understand things happen. Cancellations due to emergency circumstances or illness do not incur any fee. Non-emergency cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full fee for the missed session.

We welcome the opportunity to join you on your unique journey toward health and well-being.
